The nature park of the Île-de-la-Visitation was created in part on land located on the Île de la Visitation and acquired from Hydro-Québec in 1980.
There are hiking trails totaling 8.8 km, a cycle track and a place for inline skates. In winter the trails are open for walking and cross-country skiing.
This is a very nice place for the whole family.

Le parc-nature de l'Île-de-la-Visitation a été créé en partie sur des terrains situés sur l'île de la Visitation et acquis auprès d'Hydro-Québec en 1980.
Il y a des sentiers pédestres totalisant 8.8 km, une piste cyclable et un endroit pour patins en ligne. En hiver, les sentiers sont aussi ouverts pour marcher et faire du ski de fond.
C'est un très bel endroit pour toute la famille.
