Text reads HAPPY BIRTHDAY TEXAS - 150

Proper description: Left side of Texas and the birthday greetings is a covered wagon pulled by two oxen with a lone cowboy on the right driving a huge herd of three cattle.

To me this is a strange display to start with. For the longest time I could not figure what "CH" meant. I know now it means "Court House", because the court house here was built in 1910. What that has to do with the Texas Sesquicentennial I have no idea.
