This mark is cut into brickwork at the south west corner of Balin House on the north side of Long Lane. The building is surrounded by provate gardens but the mark can be seen from the adjacent public footpath in Long Lane.

The mark is in reasonable condition but the edge of the datum line has lost some of its sharpness with bits of brick breaking away. Re-pointing has taken place that has resulted in the top of the arrow "missing".
