Not too bad of a climb. Parked at the corner of North Boundary Road and Punch Bowl Road. There's no trail; you have to climb the mountain. Bring water. Marker is monumented in a square stone under a quad signal target.

NOTE: This is on an active military installation. You will need a valid photo ID to get on post. Once on post there are no restrictions for accessing the marker.
