I recovered this U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Public Roads unmarked BM in good condition. It is monumented on the west concrete headwall of a bridge spanning Soda Creek and flush with the surface, along Conde Creek Road (also known as Soda Creek Access Rd). The disk contains no designation stamping and is not listed in the NGS database. My posted coordinates will place you very close to this mark.
