The William Penn House at 206 Delaware Street has conflicting information on date of construction, the historic district nomination lists the date of construction as the first half of the 18th century and a sign on the building indicates an earlier circa 1682. The later date maybe for the current facade and the earlier date for the original construction. The house is a brick, three-story, two-bay dwelling with a low gable roof.

The building is in very good condition and is now used for offices and shops.
