This two sided village sign was erected to commemorate the Queen's Golden Jubilee in 2002.

A two-sided carved wooden sign depicting a farrier at work, a white-washed chapel, and flowers including poppies. The chapel is now occupied by the Ramsden Heath Christian Growth Centre and can be found about 200m west of the sign at the junction of Heath Road and Park Lane. The commemorative wording is placed within a scroll at the top of the sign and the sign is held on the post by wrought iron scrollwork.
The sign shares the small village green with the War Memorial and garden and a couple of benches.
