The mark is 20 meters north of Camsell Road and 15 meters west of the projection of Wenzel Street.
Section 33 meets River Lot 100 here. I believe the 2 dots and 4 dashed line indicate that there is a road allowance between the river lot and the section. It also has WT 99 FT S stamped on it which should mean the disk should be 99 feet south.
Not a typical Dominion Land Survey mark because of the River Lot.
In the 1800's, the first survey divided the land into river lots along the Red River. These river lots were long narrow lots similar to those in Quebec. Each lot had 660 feet of river frontage and extended back from the river to a road called the “Two Mile Road.” (visit link) This is 2.5 miles from the Red River so Lot 100, it longer than most.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" metal cadastral disk mounted in concrete flush with the ground

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There is a orange metal witness post beside a utility pole

What property is this mark defining?:
Disk was placed in 1927 by Manitoba Government Surveys to mark the Section Corner
