There are several stained glass windows on permanent exhibition in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. This Waymark present two....the first was an apartment window entitled "The Engagement Ball" and features young people dancing in the center with musicians on either side. It is dated 1885 and Luc-Olivier Merson is credited with the cartoon and Eugene Oudinot is creditied with the execution. The second window is entitled King David the Psalmist. It is dated 1863 and depicts David playing a harp and with the holy spirit on his shoulder.
