To find the Upper Hill Cemetery: it is midway to the top of the hill and west of the Lower Hill Cemetery. In the photo gallery is a (crude) map showing the location.

The Upper Hill Cemetery is located in Deer Lodge County. There are approximately 2,900 gravesites. The cemetery was established in the late 1800s. The cemetery is still active as there were many that were interred in 2014.

From this cemetery is a great view of Anaconda.

While visiting the cemetery we photographed:
1891 - Victoria Macallum-Cloutier: Birth is unknown and she died on September 23, 1891
1906 - A. P. Cloutier: Born on February 19, 1852 and he died on January 31, 1906
1922 - William Risken: Born in 1861 and he died in 1922
1926 - Fannie Pride: Born on February 2, 1863 and she died on June 17, 1926
1935 - John D. Beattie: Birth is unknown and he died in 1935

There is a memorial for members of the Eagles inscribed as follows:

Aerie No.18 F.O.E.

There is a section devoted to "Knights of Pythias with a nice entrance sign and a Veterans' section.

There are twenty-eight "Baby" gravesites: with last name only and one "Infant" with last name only. There are two "Unknown" without name or other information.
