Family run, and usually see the high school aged kids doing the cooking and the serving. Once in a while I see in the back an older man (grandfather?) - but usually just the young ones.

My favorite I get there often is Shrimp Fried Rice...and they have sticky rice...any one who was a Marine and served in Okinawa or Japan or Hong Cong, really misses sticky rice.
