Official Description: Elizabeth Ann Seton stands in a bonnet, jacket, and a gown tied with a belt. Her proper left hand holds a rosary tucked into her belt and her proper right hand clasps a book with a cross on it.

Inscriptions:
- Front - Mother Elizabeth Ann Seton, 1774-1821, Foundress of the Sisters of Charity in the United States in the Year 1809
- Back - Erected to the memory of Sister M. Francesca Brownlee by the Classes of 1941-1947 of Saint Joseph Academy - Seton Hill / Corpus Christi - May 28 1959
