The Old Gilpin House at 210 Delaware Street was originally built early in the eighteen century and is considered one of the town's oldest buildings. The building is a brick, two-a-half story, five-bay gable-roofed commercial and residential building. Over the years the building has undergone several renovations which have changed its appearances.

The building appears to be in very good condition and houses a bank along with residential apartments.
