The Frenchtown School forms a break in Mullan Road/Main Street in Frenchtown. Just to the west of the school on Mullan Road is a
National Historic Place, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, built in 1884. This school looks to be about 125 years newer than the church, though it likely isn't.
