The statue is the centerpiece on the park. It stands on a marble pedestal that overlooks the ocean to represent the fallen Marines. It salutes all soldiers and stands tall and proud. It is about 10 feet tall, while the statue is life size. It is made of bronze metal and is in full uniform.
