The statue of San Petronio, created by sculptor Gabriele Brunelli for the Art of the Drapers' Guild in 1683. Was removed from this original location in 1871, and was kept in the basilica of Piazza Maggiore. In 2001 it was relocated to the square of the Porta Ravegnana, in front of the two towers that was is original location.
