Using the Documented History, it's easy to locate this one, although it looks like it's a bit farther from that pillar than 6 inches north and 8 inches east. The courthouse was remodeled a few years ago, but some conversation on the web page for Geocaching's copy of the datasheet suggests that they may have gone to some trouble to keep the benchmark where it was.
