"The former St. Elizabeth Academy, at 3401 Arsenal St., closed last year after 130 years, but now the International Institute of St. Louis has a contract to buy the building.
"Anna Crosslin, president and CEO of the institute, which helps refugees resettle, told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that the goal is to move into the building by the end of 2014.
"The International Institute is currently located at 3654 S. Grand Blvd.
"The St. Elizabeth property is listed for $2 million and includes five buildings, according to the Post-Dispatch.
"In January 2013 Sisters of the Most Precious Blood announced it would close St. Elizabeth because of declining enrollment." ~ St. Louis Business Journal
