The outside is full of stuff also. Goodnight statue..his real life adventure with his friends body (Oliver Loving) was used by author Larry McMurtry for the trek to bring his buddy's body back to a special spot in LONESOME DOVE.
T-Anchor Ranch headquarters building, and then you can see Hollywood had it all wrong.
Remains of Fort Bascom where Kit Carson fought his last battle.

When I visited I was boxed out of a lot of stuff, you see there were 7 bus loads of junior high aged kids blocking and running and ---well you know.
