According to the facebook page (see web link) the Central Crossing Fire Protection District provides fire, rescue and EMS services for 130 square miles near Shell Knob. I have personally visited and waymarked several of the stations belonging to this district. This station is right on the county line road that separates Barry and Stone Counties, on the Barry County (west) side. In fact, the main photo was taken from the Stone County side of the road.
