This chapel was blessed according to some historians in 1550, when there are records of settlement in this locality. Others, however, claim that the date of the erection of this chapel have been 1618 and 1652. In the existing stone on the entrance door it is possible to read the date 1762, which shall be the date of any reconstruction or restoration.
