The headstone is just northeast of the centre of St. Mary's Cemetery in Missoula, Montana. The cemetery lies on the west side of I90 at the junction of Holmes & Turner Streets.

Guy Longly, born on June 11th, 1880, passed away on April 15th, 1904. Mr. Longly died of tuberculosis. He was born In Nashua, Iowa.
Rose Longly, born April 20th, 1857, passed away on May 14, 1927.
Joseph DeMars, born on June 24th, 1863, passed away on January 18th, 1899.
John Merrick, born September 11th, 1889, passed away on January 26th, 1903.
