This sculpture is entitled "Hafnasaga" which means (according to Google) "Reject History".
The 1997 piece is by Gudrun Oyahals and looks like a partial view of the insides of some type of gear works. It is metallic and is braced by metallic brackets. The entire composition is about 6 feet tall.
