These panels at Westhills Shopping Centre appear to depict the four seasons: Spring (tree with small leaves), Summer (fields & fences), Fall (wheat stalks), and Winter (evergreens weighted by snow). Each image has mountains in the background, because the Rocky Mountains can be seen from this area, though not from the shopping center.
The panels were installed as part of a general renovation and upgrade of the shopping centre, circa 2009. Each panel is fastened securely to a wall, and the same images are repeated in a few different spots. (See gallery.) New metal seating and litter bins installed at the same time have a wheat stalk silhouette motif.
