The Lodge's website (visit link) informs us:

In Iceland the first Oddfellow Order Ingólfur Lodge No 1, was established 1 August 1897. The first women’s Lodge, was Bergþóra Rebekah Lodge No 1. established 21 May 1929.

The Independent Order of Oddfellows in Iceland
The Order in Iceland now consists of 23 brother Lodges and 14 Rebekah Lodges.
The Mastership of the Order is the Grand Lodge and the Head of the Order is the Grand Sire.
The Grand Lodge is the legislative assembly for the Order. Each Lodge in the country has its representative in the Grand Lodge.
There are 9 Oddfellow locales in Iceland today and they are used by brothers and sisters and their relatives."
