This simple headstone features basic funeral draping and has the following inscription: Levi Spears, Born Feb. 1 1876, Died June 27, 1880. Lettie M. Spears, Born Mar. 2, 1878, Died June 26, 1880. The reverse of the headstone has a lamb and a mourning dove. These two children died within a day of each other.
