This Public Land Survey Mark is 70 meters north of the north service road of the Trans Canada Highway 1.9 km ESE of Hwy 207 near Deacons Corner, Manitoba.

Although stamped "T10 R4E S12 7 1 6", this is the boundary between Range 4 East & Range 5 East so only Sections 12 & 1 are from Range 4 East. Sections 7 & 6 are from Range 5 East.
It is also stamped "WT 99 FT S" and "WT 160 FT E". With the Trans Canada crossing here on an angle, the traditional section roads at this corner have been moved/modified or removed. The actual section corner is 160 feet east and 99 feet south. Almost a typical
Dominion Land Survey mark.
