Someone had managed to gather together about 60 farm implements and wagons and has decided to put them on display. The vast majority of the farm implements are very old horse drawn machines. The collection includes plows, cultivators, harrows, discs, mowers, corn planters, farm wagons, potato diggers and planters, a hay loader, a manure spreader and two road graders. The display is immediately north of the highway and appears to be accessible 24/7/365, at no charge.
This is yet another sister to the first single bottom plow we visited here (below), but probably a bit younger. This one, also a John Deere, has a solid rear wheel similar to the rear wheel of one other in the collection. Other than that they are pretty much the same old horse drawn single bottom plows.
Just noticed - this plow has a tree trunk tongue wired on with baling wire. Just for show, we're guessing, or maybe that was to enable someone to pull the plow into place many years ago.
