This Canadian Legion Memorials Cenotaph is in front of Legion Branch #64 on Pine Street (Hwy 11) at Tamarack Street in Pine Falls-Powerview, Manitoba.

Standing beside the Cenotaph, there is a life-size soldier in full battle dress carrying a machine gun. A 5-foot tall tapered granite slab is standing upright on a granite base. On the upright slab is a bronze plaque with:
The plaque is erected
in memory of the men
of Abitibi Power & Paper
Company Limited and
subsidiary companies
who gave their lives in
the Second World War
1939 - 1945
Forty names are listed on the plaque and another fifteen names are engraved near the bottom of the upright granite slab.
On the granite base, the following is engraved:
They gave their today for our
tomorrow. May we be worthy of
their sacrifice. We will remember them.
Abitibi was the major employer in the area.
