Genbrug, Ravnstrup - Denmark - Googie Architecture on Waymarking.com

I Danmark ses ikke mange eksempler på Googie arkitektur. Men i den lille by Ravnstrup står dette skilt ude ved landevejen og jeg synes stilen minder meget om Googie arkitektur. Skiltet er ret enkel i forhold til mange amerikanske skilte i denne stil, men nu er det jo også ude på bøhlandet i Danmark. Skiltet består af en vinkel og en tværgående flade med teksten "genbrug".

In Denmark not many examples of Googie architecture is seen. But in the small village Ravnstrup alongside the road this sign is located. d I think the style is very similar to the googiestyle. The sign is quite small and simple compared to many of the American signs. But we are of course out in the wild in little Denmark here! The sign consists of an angle with a cross plane with the text "genbrug" which means thrift (store)
