This is station one of the Sam Owen Fire District near East Hope, Id. It is immediately north of Highway 200 on Hope Peninsula Road, with a Smokey Bear beside it.

All volunteer, the force consists of 10 volunteer firefighters and non-firefighting volunteers. The station was built in 2000 or 2001 and still looks new. We assume that it houses a trio of firefighting vehicles.

As of 2014, the town of East Hope may or may not have been annexed to the Sam Owen Fire District, as the town was discussing the possibility in 2013.
