This is a rural station, though downtown Wrencoe itself is pretty rural, north off Highway 2 on Wrencoe Loop Road.

The station, at the Tee where Helen Thompson Road meets Wrencoe Loop Road, is in a yard behind an old schoolhouse. It is a small station with two overhead doors and an office attached on the east side.
The Westside Fire District is based in Dover, ID, this being station #2 of 3, the second being in Laclede. Though the district has 7 paid and 17 volunteer firefighters, the majority of those would be assigned to the Dover station.
