L’ouverture du premier Starbucks en 1971 et ça l’est encore aujourd’hui.
À cette époque, l’entreprise se résumait à un seul magasin situé au marché historique Pike Place de Seattle. Depuis sa devanture étroite, le magasin Starbucks proposait déjà certains des cafés les plus raffinés du monde, fraîchement torréfiés et infusés à partir des meilleurs grains. Le nom « Starbucks » est inspiré de Moby-Dick, qui évoque la romance de la haute mer et la tradition marine des premiers marchands de café.
En 1981, Howard Schultz (président-directeur général de Starbucks) a mis le pied pour la première fois dans un magasin Starbucks. Dès sa première tasse de Sumatra, Howard a été attiré par Starbucks. Il s’est joint à l’entreprise l’année suivante.
Dès le début de l’aventure, Starbucks se distinguait des autres entreprises. Elle comptait non seulement célébrer le café et sa riche tradition, mais aussi établir un sentiment d’attachement.

Histoire de Starbucks Coffee Canad
Le premier magasin Starbucks au Canada a ouvert ses portes le 1er mars 1987, dans la gare de la navette SeaBus desservie par le métro SkyTrain de Vancouver. Ce modeste magasin était le premier pas de Starbucks Coffee en dehors des États-Unis, et les Canadiens ont été tellement séduits par l’expérience Starbucks que plus de 1 070 autres magasins gérés par la société ou agréés ont suivi aux quatre coins du pays.
En 1996, Starbucks a même ouvert cinq magasins le même jour à Toronto, en Ontario. À l’heure actuelle, nous sommes présents d’un océan à l’autre, de Victoria, en Colombie-Britannique, jusqu’à Halifax, en Nouvelle-Écosse et de Toronto, en Ontario, jusqu’à Whitehorse, au Yukon, notre magasin le plus au nord.
Nous pouvons déguster une grande variété de café comme Café américano, café latté et bien d’autres. Starbucks Coffee History of Canad
The first Starbucks store in Canada opened on 1 March 1987, the station of the shuttle SeaBus served by the Metro Vancouver SkyTrain. This small store was the first step outside of Starbucks Coffee U.S., and Canadians have been so seduced by the Starbucks experience that more than 1070 other stores operated or licensed by the company followed all over the country.
In 1996, Starbucks has even opened five stores on the same day in Toronto, Ontario. Currently, we operate a coast to coast, from Victoria, BC, to Halifax, Nova Scotia and Toronto, Ontario, to Whitehorse, Yukon our shop on the north.
We can enjoy a wide variety of coffee as American Coffee, latte and many others. You can also eat breakfast, lunch and evening meal adapted to their lifestyle, such as Starbucks Perfect Oatmeal for breakfast, lunch sandwich sausage, egg and cheese on English muffin, bacon frittata and gouda cheese on artisan bread.
