There are approximately 750 stones in the walk-up area to the Veterans Memorial behind the American Legion Post in Alexandria Bay, NY. They extend from the lower sidewalk to the base of the memorial areas.
A rough count showed that approximately 150 have been used. The pavers were installed in May, 2013 as a way of offsetting costs for the new flagpole, Memorial upkeep, etc.
