The bridge is at the side of Charley Lane, and is near some factories. There is a metal pipe leading to the factories and this bridge enables pedestrians to pass over the pipe.

For such a small crossing the bridge is highly engineered and looks like an arch bridge. In truth there are simply stone steps with the pipe passing through the middle of them. What looks like the arch is simply a parapet to prevent anyone falling from the bridge but does not support the bridge in any way.
