The Masonic Temple and Opera House at 306-310 Delaware Street was constructed in 1879. The three-story brick building has rusticated stone pilasters and is surmounted by a galvanized iron cornice supported by paired iron consoles.

The building appears to be in very good condition and is now used by a bookstore and book company.
