In Boston, within the Arnold Arboretum, is this cluster of dawn redwoods by a marshy area.

To get to the trees, enter the Arnold Arboretum via the Arborway (main) entrance. From there, turn left on the first path, near the stone wall that lines the park, and arrive at the trees in a short distance. Parking is a challenge and is mostly along the streets bordering the Arboretum. Be careful when driving or parking - traffic can be challenging here.

There are two or three trees in this cluster, located by a lowland area that is marshy. The trees at the time of visit (early May) were still in dormant phase - not yet leafing out. One of the characteristics of a dawn redwood is that it is a deciduous tree. There is a tag on one of the trees confirming:

"Metasequioia
glyptostroboides
Dawn Redwood
Native to Central China
TAXODIACEAE - TAXODIUM FAMILY
14-62*D 1962"

I'm assuming that the year on the tag is the year that the trees were placed here. Thus, they (or at least one) are at least 50 years old.

There is an excellent brochure created from the Arboretum available online about the redwoods on the property. There are trees situated in several spots: this one at the meadow, one at the base of Bussey Hill, four groves on Peters Hill, and in the conifer collection. The brochure states that there are 106 trees on the property. The earliest seeds arrived in 1948. Several other 'waves' came over the years. The brochure states that they had these trees to provide a genetic diversity in their collection to help maintain a healthy population to preserve the species. The story detailed the challenges they had in maintaining them and how they have been part of a small consortium of arboretums and Rutgers University to coordinate redwood growth.
