The stone itself appears to be a large flat piece of limestone with fossils on the back side, it seems to have been chipped into it's present shape by the maker. Also note the spelling of the name, and "DE" instead of "died". "Marget" may have been "Margret", and the last name "Sandes" could have been the more common local name of "Sanders". This gravemarker may be the oldest one in this cemetery, the other gravesites near it are unmarked. There is another group of stones near the flag pole, and some of them are homemade from a different and more common type of limestone that is found locally.
