The department's six door fire hall houses what appears to be four active vehicles, all pumpers and tenders, one (semi?)retired pumper and one antique truck, circa 1940. Being the Troy and Troy Rural Fire Department, the station and its complement of about 20 volunteers serves a town of 1,000 and surrounding rural area.
The department has created a 911 memorial, dedicated to P. W. Savage, which they have placed at the front of the station.
