This is a two-faced town clock with Roman numerals located at the corner of Muskogee Avenue and 3rd Street.

At the base of the base is a bronze plaque reading:

In commemoration of the centennials for Rotary International
and the Great State of Oklahoma, the Sulphur Rotary Club
dedicates this street clock to the
CITY OF SULPHUR, SEPTEMBER 28, 2006
