Hellgate station is in Milltown, named for the lumber mill which was its early lifeblood industry. Milltown is a hop, skip and a jump down I90 from Missoula, MT. The station, with three overhead doors, houses three large pieces of equipment, two red ones and a yellow one. They appear to be two pumpers and a tender or a foam truck (couldn't tell for sure). The station is just north of I90, on Highway 210 between Flemming Street and Bonner Avenue.
The station has offices attached, so we will assume that the department is manned, at least in part, by paid staff. As to number of staff, we have no idea.
