This Public Land Survey Mark is almost jumping out of the ground. It's on the south side of Hwy 231, 4 miles west of Gimli, Manitoba.

It's 14 meters south of Hwy 231 and 13 meters west of the Road 16E. The disk is in a 16 inch x 16 inch x 8 inch block of concrete that is on a 10 inch diameter concrete pier. It's sticking out of the ground about 16 inches. A typical
