Once the center of the "town square", now just a green space in the middle of "downtown".

Today this plaza is full of flowers, shrubs, and walks. It is also home to a huge veterans memorial with has a separate plaque for each war the US has been in in the 20th century
If you view the map in the photo gallery, this plaza sits where #3 is in a box.

I was here in 2006, and at lunch time. It was full of secretaries and office staff personnel trying to wolf down some lunch in sun light and beauty, before returning to the grind
