Animal Head - Duluth MN - Simulacra on Waymarking.com

We recently camped at the Spirit Mountain Campground in Duluth Minnesota. The campground sits atop Spirit Mountain and offers a quiet respite near Lake Superior. The park has lots of boulders throughout the campground.

While sitting at our campsite, this huge boulder caught my attention. I couldn't help but notice that it resembled an animal head, the eyes, the snout. Once I noticed it, I saw it every time I looked at the boulder. It resembles a bison head, perhaps a dog, some animal.
