Youngwood Borough is a town of History, Heart and Home located approximately 45 minutes southeast of Pittsburgh. Youngwood is situated in Westmoreland County about 2 miles north of the New Stanton Turnpike Interchange. Youngwood was established in 1899 and incorporated in 1902. This Building was completed in July 2013 and The new 6,000-square-foot brick building between South Sixth and Seventh streets is more energy efficient, more accessible for the 1,600-square-foot library, and more accommodating with a community room for meetings. The cost of the new building is $950,000.
