This park is also known as Downtown Park. It straddles Flat Creek. There is enough here to keep anyone busy, in fact a lot of anyones. The 2.9 mile Cassville Greenway Trail passes through the park.

Into the 2010s at Christmas time there was a lighted display drive through the park. It was better than similar displays in larger cities in the region. But it was discontinued.
