Spark Hall is a three-story building on this college campus. It was constructed in 1914. At the northeast corner of the building stands this four-faced clock which is painted green with gold trim. The clock faces have Roman numerals.
The clock is standing on a circular concrete and brick base approximately 15 inches high.
