South Beach in Miami Beach has many art deco hotels. Most of them were built in the 1930s and 1940s.
The Drake is a small property painted in alternate layers of pink and turquoise. The building appears to have 3 storyies..but this realty website (visit link) indicates that it has five and 32 units.
