This Town Clock is a Verdin Street Clock Model 3R08.

The clock is operational and double sided. It has a white clockface and black arabic numbers and hands. "Leadership Misson","Learn Today, Lead Tomorrow" and "Class XXII" are on the face. "City of Mission" in gold lettering is on top of the clock.
