According to the booklet "Crathie Church, Royal Deeside", the stained glass window "was given by Queen Victoria is a memorial to six members of her family, her mother Citoria of Saxe-Coburg, her son Leopold, her son-in-law Frederick William, her husband Prince Albert, her daughter Alice and Prince Louis, husband of Alice. The two small lancet windows were given in memory of Prince Henry of Battenberg who married Princess Beatrice and the Duke of Clarence, Queen Victoria's grandson."
